Olin Business Park is owned and operated by R.C. Olin, LLC. R.C. Olin was founded by Ron Olin in 1962 primarily as a home building company. Ron was also one of the first presidents of the Clark County Home Builders Association. 

R.C. Olin built the Willamette falls locks control center and office project as well as the commercial kitchen and fueling station at the Yakima Firing Range for the Army Corps of Engineers. R. C. Olin also worked on a project at the Vancouver Army Barracks and built a concrete tilt up operations and maintance building for Clark College.
